• Resource Saver: fixed a bug that prevented Docker Desktop from re-entering Resource Saver mode immediately after an engine restart.

• Volumes and PATH: improvements to shared volume handling and environment PATH behavior on Windows and other platforms.
• Proxy config: enabling Docker Offload from the Dashboard now works when the proxy is configured by the operating system rather than by Docker itself.
