Vite 8.3.1

Vite 8.3.1 is here. A focused patch release that keeps the Rolldown-powered bundler smooth and stable.

What Changed

• Dependencies refreshed — all non-major dependencies were updated to their latest compatible versions for the 8.3 line.
• import.meta.url preserved — bundling no longer rewrites import.meta.url inside the bundled output, fixing asset-path resolution in built apps.
• module-runner exports — the module runner now exposes the expected internal exports for tooling built on top of Vite.

Why It Matters

No new API surface, no breaking changes. This is a maintenance pass that removes a handful of edge-case bugs reported against 8.3.0, so upgrade path is a clean drop-in.

Run your package manager update command in your dev workspace and restart the dev server. No config migration required.
