Cloud Folder Fixes

No more vanishing files — Files in the Project View no longer disappear after opening a project (IJPL-250615)
Stay open — Files from cloud-synced folders are no longer auto-closed after opening (IJPL-250598)
Buffered reads disabled — vfs.windows.use.buffered.directory.stream turned off to stop the churn (IJPL-250709)

Repeated Reloads Stopped

Projects stored in OneDrive or Dropbox folders kept reloading on a loop. That's over. No more disappearing tabs, no more surprise closes.

Grab it from the Toolbox App or the downloads page. It's a small patch — painless install, immediate relief for Windows cloud-folder users.
