Ionic 8.8.14

Ionic 8.8.14 is out. One fix. That's it.

Tab bar now fires change events on tab click.

Before: you click a tab, nothing fires. You wonder why. You add workarounds.

After: it works. Like it should have from the start.

One-line changelog. Simple fix. Update when you can.
