Security Fixes

• Seven CVEs patched across the stack, including CVE-2026-69439
• Fixes shipping for the runtime, ASP.NET Core, and the SDK
• ARM64 client builds updated alongside x64

Servicing Notes

This is the last round before the .NET 8 and .NET 9 end-of-support cutoff on November 10, 2026. Teams still on those majors should plan the move to .NET 10. The 10.0.12 build also carries the usual batch of non-security quality fixes from the servicing branch.

Upgrade

Standard patch bump. Update your SDK and runtime references and rerun tests. No breaking changes between 10.0.x releases.
