The undeniable strength is coverage: real devices and browsers on demand, refreshed as new hardware appears, with mature SDKs and integrations that make it drop-in for most teams. Percy and Test Observability round it out into a full testing toolbox.

The main complaints are cost and the cloud dependency. Heavy usage bills add up fast, tests depend on their infrastructure, and some teams miss the instant responsiveness of local test runners. For cross-device coverage, though, the convenience is hard to beat.
